Two of my grandkids tried the free Saturday class and then joined. It now has been two months and has been nothing but a great experience and they look forward to it daily. All the instructors are very professional of the classes I have watched. The cost for the amount of time they get with instruction is amazing. They also have made new friends and it’s a very positive experience for them.

My kids have been enrolled there for about a year and I have been to almost every one of their classes. I say that to say, the coaches patience and persistence to instill values like respect, discipline, and confidence in the kids is unwavering. From what I've seen, the youngest class is about having fun, learning some techniques and staying lighthearted. For the kids class it's more about technique, but also trying instill those key values while still having a little play time in the end. For the teens, I've only seen the beginning of the classes but they are really trying to build their confidence. This really is a great family environment and if you're considering learning Jiu Jitsu, I highly recommend stopping by and talking to the coaches.
